RGM Hr. Sec. School welcomes enquiries from parent(s), guardian(s) or sponsor(s) without any obligation on their part. Before any boy or girl can be considered for admission, parents are requested to submit the required documents and follow the admission procedure.
Parents or Guardians of eligible pupils can get the application from the School on the specific dates and submit the same in the School Office. After the scrutiny of the application the pupil will be called for an entrance test and direct interview. The list of those who are eligible for admission will be displayed in the School notice board and a letter will be sent to the respective pupil to his residential address.
A pupil with a valid transfer certificate from any recognized school shall be admitted to the standard to which the transfer certificate declares the pupil fit. The school authorities reserve the
right to refuse admission to any pupil without giving any reason. They also reserve the right to remove the name of any pupil whose conduct, in their opinion, is deemed unsatisfactory.
The pupil to be admitted into Standard- I should have completed five years on 31st July of that year (31st July will be the reference date). Transfer certificates will be issued only on written request by parent / guardian. (A week’s notice is essential for the same). If any other person is authorized to collect the transfer certificate on behalf of the parent, an authorization letter is essential. The parent must attest the signature of the said person.
